My education includes a Master of Arts in Kinesiology from St. Mary’s College of California with an emphasis in Sport Studies/Strength and Conditioning, and completion of a 900 hour Massage Therapy-Health Educator program from National Holistic Institute, College of Massage Therapy. I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and hold coaching certificates in Olympic Weightlifting (USAW) and CrossFit (Level 1 and Mobility). I maintain high standards of continuing education and stay up-to-date with current practices via industry publications and by participating regularly in seminars and conferences.
My extensive education coupled with my experience as both coach and bodyworker make me uniquely qualified to understand the demands on an active body as well as the need for holistic rehabilitation protocols. I have experience collaborating with athletic and medical professionals to expedite the client's return to physical health and balance.
My philosophy centers on improving tissue and movement quality to increase health and performance while reducing injury risk. I offer exceptional service, quality instruction, and the highest level of professionalism.
I am eager to discuss how I can contribute to your health and fitness goals.
